All products are shipped from Germany with FedEx UPS or GLS (Parcel Post) and when in stock, they are delivered in most European destinations around 3-5 business days after ordering. If a product is not in stock an extra week may be needed for delivery and we'll inform you about the exact shipping date of your item(s) immediately. Larger items and batteries can only be shipped with road transport (Road Cargo), additional charges may be applied. Please note that certain batteries, and especially the Sonnenschein batteries, have long lead times. The SOLARA and DCsolar products are currently shipped only within the EU and certain non European countries. 100% secure payment with all major credit cards via PayPal. You don't need to register for a PayPal account if you don't have one. Please click in any of the credit card icons so you can proceed with credit card payment in your language without creating a PayPal account. We also accept bank / wire transfers, please contact us for our bank account details or if you want us to send you a link so you can use your credit or debit card.
Prices are shown with 24% VAT but we will charge you the VAT rate of the country of delivery. We are registered in EU's One Stop Shop (OSS) and we must issue invoices with the VAT rate of the country of delivery; you may see the price with VAT rate of the country of delivery after adding an item to the cart. EU VAT registered businesses qualify for a VAT-free (exempt) invoice, you may check if your EU business VAT number is eligible on the site of VIES. Please contact us or enter your VAT number if you are a business customer so we'll provide you with an intracommunity EU invoice and refund you the VAT. There will be no VAT applied automatically during checkout for customers in Norway and Switzerland and the UK. There are no customs duties for most UK deliveries, the courier will ask for 20% UK VAT and a customs clearance fee before the delivery; FedEx currently charges a fee of around £12.75. If you change your mind about your purchase you can return us the product to the warehouse in Germany and get a refund or exchange it for up to 14 or 30 days from the day you received it, provided that it is still in its new, unopened and unused conditon and with its original packing. Buyers pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before so we can give an RMA number and the return address. We have a really very low, approching zero rate of returns, result of the high quality of the products we offer.
