Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Parcel Post
Fast and safe shipping from Germany. The products we offer are shipped well-packed in ecological materials. Most products are shipped from Memmingen, Germany with FedEx or GLS and when in stock, they are usually delivered in most European countries around 3-5 business days after ordering. When an item is not in stock another week is usually needed for shipping the item and we'll inform you about it immediately.
The SOLARA and DCsolar products are shipped from Hamburg or Wismar, Germany with UPS insured shipping and when in stock they are usually delivered in about 6-8 business days after ordering. The SOLARA products are not shipped in Switzerland, Norway and the UK. Please contact us for a shipping quote if your shipping address is outside Europe.
There may be additional charges for the longer and larger solar panels from what you see as shipping charges when you add the item(s) in the cart since they may need to be shipped with road cargo. Shipping costs for some islands may also be higher, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if you are located in a remote island.
You may also choose to collect the items from any GLS ParcelShop or FedEx Pick-Up Point, please contact us if you wish to do so.
Worldwide and express shipping available, ask us for a quote. Please note that we do not currently ship the SOLARA catalog in the USA and Canada.
In order to see the shipping costs, please add the products in the cart and then set the country of delivery in the summary section of the cart page. If there isn't a shipping rate after entering the selected country it means we'll have to calculate the shipping cost separately, please contact us for more details.
Road Cargo
Oversized products such as solar panels equal or longer than 1,5 meters, the Steca and certain Engel refrigerators, and all batteries that weigh more than 15 kg are shipped with Road Freight the cost of which depends on the final destination and cannot be calculated in advance; additional charges will need to be applied in most cases, please contact us for more details. Please note that certain batteries have long delivery times, especially the Schonnenschein batteries may have delivery times of 2 months or even more in certain cases.
Notes
- The prices may not be valid for all products such as the SOLARA products, oversize products and road cargo items.
- The ordinary lead time may be subject to country-specific delays (e.g. customs authorrities, border areas, islands…).
- Without Faroe Islands and Greenland.
- Please observe the customs surcharges for customs clearance in certain customs regions in Europa.
- Airfreight is calculated according to volume weight (length x width x height in cm / 6.000) in case the volume weight exceeds the real weight.
- For packages that are sent via Pick&Return service, there is no liability for the completeness and any defects of the content.
- The base price refers to the highest zone of the chosen countries of the Euro Business Parcel.
- If the value of the goods for the export in EFTA countries exceeds 1.000,-€ you need an export declaration.
- Island surcharge 13 € / Packages over 25 kg or a length over 120 cm are to be invoice with < 30 kg.
